When iron barrels are stored, in order to save the warehouse area, the iron barrels are often stacked, but the incorrect stacking method often causes unnecessary damage to the iron barrels.
Iron drums should be stacked upright, not upside down. Because the inversion will make the iron barrel and the barrel of the barrel come into contact with each other, which will not only cause the wear of the barrel, but also destroy the surface coating. More importantly, the iron barrel body has very little resistance to external high pressure, and it is easy to cause depression and deformation of the barrel body when stacking.
When the iron buckets are stacked upright, the bottom should be padded with a pallet, mainly to prevent the bottom of the bucket from directly contacting the ground, which is easily damp and rusted. In the middle of each layer of stacking, a buffer layer such as corrugated cardboard should be placed to prevent the upper and lower iron drums from directly contacting the wear surface.
