When packing, the mutual extrusion deformation between the bucket and the bucket should be avoided, and the deformation amount should be ≤5%; When the upper and lower layers should be aligned, the weight of the upper layer should be evenly applied to the lower layer; the ground at the stacking place should be flat and in a horizontal position.

3. The barrels should be stored under a awning to avoid exposure to the sun, and the storage temperature should be below 40°C and above -18°C.

Loading and Shipping

When packing dangerous goods for long-distance transportation:

1. Pallets should be used for stacking, the size of the pallets should not exceed 1.3 meters, and the edge of the bucket should not exceed the edge of the pallet.

2. The container should be loaded into a container or vehicle, and the upper and lower layers should be aligned when stacking to prevent the stacking from being skewed and unstable. The container or vehicle shall have rigid walls and fences at least the height of the container to prevent the drum from tipping over.
